Yes I went to the seller they gave me a partial refund but eBay should be watching for this clearly if they did it to not likely the first time. Shipping time is VERY POOR with wasted time at the distribution at one month, this has to be improved eBay over $16 paid for worse than snail mail. Have purchased many items on here over the years, by far the worst experience so far for a plastic licence plate bracket.
