Garmin GPS 18 GPS System
I am actually very impressed with this system. I have used it in several states while renting cars. It is much more accruate than the one built into one of my cars. The magnetic mount holds it securely to the roof of the car. An inexpensive USB extension cable permits the placement of the laptop anywhere in the car. With the maps loaded on the laptop hard drive, rerouting when you vary from the route is instant. The only complaint I have is that the mapping software has a serious problem when a road is closed off. There seems to be no way to easily tell it to avoid that rosd. This is particularly a problem when an interstate entrance was shut for construction. There was, of course, no detour signs and the Garmin system kept directing me back to this same entrance. There needs to be a quick way (since you don't have time to do anything complicated) to indicate a specific road section to avoid. Garmin also needs to update its maps more frequently. One route it had directed me to had been rebuilt and moved a significant amount from where Garmin thought it was. While it is understandable when the highway is new, in this case it had been several years that this section was improved and moved yet Garmin insisted I was on the wrong road. Still miles ahead of my built-in Honda system however.

Easy to replace and fixed the problem
Great product and saved me from replacing the entire toothbrush head. Highly recommended.
