Great product at an afforable price.
These are a great set of knee pads. I have been using the same exact pair for everything from construction to yard work to working on equipment for over ten years. The straps finally seem to have stretched out a little so instead of trying to get new straps, I just bought a new pair. If you are looking for something that is durable, does the job and you can wear with jeans for 8 hours a day then you might want to consider a pair of these.

Reading the book will clarify the title.
If you like WWII stories of the United states fighting men in actual combat, then it is a great read. I personally new a member of the 101st Airborne mentioned in the book who replaced an original member of the Filthy Thirteen who didn't make it back home. Therefore, the book and story had a special meaning to me.
