  The seller claimed that shipping label was only printed to cover 10$ of shipping claimed that post office wanted to charge him 90$ more then the shipping I paid for. Customer said he refunded the money immediately. I asked the customer multiple times to call eBay because he claimed he didn’t have the money, he said he would then he stopped responding. I had to go through eBay’s fraud department wait days after the item was expected to arrive and eBay started a refund process. Now awaiting $
