Decent quality, fair price.
It's a shame that the only options for the "good quality" question are yes or no, because the answer is neither. They're not good quality, but neither are they bad quality; they're average.
I think they're good value though. I suspect better quality would be a whole lot more money.
They're not particularly bright but with enough light seem to be acceptably sharp.
If what you're looking for is decent quality at a low price, these fill the bill.

Works fine. Took a chance as it was "as is, untested" and won. Well packed, couldn't be happier.
