It should be easy to use

I expect this device to be easy to use, but the unfortunate trend I see in Chinese ham products of this type is as follows. You order an accessory you think might be desirable, you open the package and find no directions, and in this case, as is common. You are not even given a Web address to find out how to use it! So I couldn't tell you how well it works!

Preliminary examination looks fine.

The construction seems fine. The top element rattles in the bottom, but a tweak with a pair of pliers should cure that. Haven't had a chance to load it up yet. I would have appreciated a bit more puality in the tuning wire and plugs, but for the money, its a deal.
