The buyer was not fair in giving me a negative feedback stating that a delay in delivery was my responsibility. As a seller I did my job sending the item on time, checking with the post office, and communicating with the buyer about the delay in USPS deliveries. I was told delays were due to them being short-handed in January due to omicron surge. I would also be frustrated with the delay, but I would not blame the seller. Blame USPS!
