Safe and easy to use and It Works!
Bought it for my Sweetheart who is having neck problem. Since she started using it, she has been able to sleep soundly thru the night, without awakeing in the middle of the night in pain and requiring another pain pill. I am hopeful that eventually, the Inversion Table will allow her to compleatly get off pain pills, or significantly reduce dosage.
