As good or better than Duracell, but better value!
These are excellent batteries, at least as good as (if not better than) the more expensive Duracell batteries.

Great handle!
The best electric toothbrush on the market. The only downside is a relatively short life. The handles generally go bad between two and three years (in three cases, low vibration, and vibration shut-down with any kind of pressure). I have had two replaced under their two-year warranty, but if you buy at Costco or eBay, Philips may balk at that. The brush heads (especially Diamond-Clean) also do a good job.
I much prefer their brush shapes than the round rotating heads on Oral B electrics. More like a conventional toothbrush, just smaller (and much much faster).

Great brush handle - nothing cleans like Sonicare!
This is the best electric toothbrush on the market. It cleans well and has multiple options and features, all very useful. The only negative is that it only lasts about 2-3 years before it either completely fails or only offers light vibration, unsuitable for cleaning teeth.
I like it enough to keep replacing the handle when that happens, but it is still not a completely reliable tool. I have taken apart the failed handles, and some of them have moisture inside (even though I do not immerse them and only rinse the top spindle and detached brush, as Philips instructions direct. It is just from toothpaste drip that occurs naturally during use.)
