Original GM part best way of repair!
I bought the original GM part. There was another replacement that did not have good reviews. The aftermarket replacement failed within three months! I highly recommend The OEM GM part!!

Maytag Neptune Washing Machine
Our washing had got very loud over the last couple of months. We had been looking at new machines, not finding exactly the one we wanted. I thought I can fix this one! I know it is a bearing going out. Looked online, prices ranged from $28.49 to $189! I have bought quite a few items off of ebay. Parts arrived just 3 days after ordering. My son and I took the machine into the garage, disassembled it. The seal was almost totally gone and the front bearing was hard to turn, (this was the noise maker). Cleaned the machine, installed the new bearings and seal, reinstalled the machine in the laundry room. It is now running like it did when it was new! Quiet operation, and all it cost was $28.49 and about 3 hours of my time, (a lot of that was cleaning it and removing rust from outer tub bearing hub and shaft of inner tub). This machine is 15 years old! I highly recommend this kit!
