Not the right fitment on honda ridgeline

They don't care about the cosmetics looks of the item, they don't even wrapped it up with plastic or put it in the box. It arrive on my front door with scratches and some paint chipped off. And real pain was installing it, it cost me more to have someone bend it for the correct fitment enable to align with the holes.
