Poor quality - doesn't make contact - useless.
Quality is very poor. It does not make contact properly and therefore will not work with headphones. It is worthless to me.

Easiest to use in-line Bates hooks
Aluminum Bates hooks are completely in line so they are the easiest to use. The steel hooks are not completely in line like they were made in the old days, but they still stick out much less than the Boye hooks and are therefore easier to use. Though now made in Mexico, the quality is still very good, and I recommend them as they seem to be the best available.

Great item, but order the one which is not colored.
Feels great, fits well, versatile. It's best to order the clear one as the dyes don't seem to be stable, and may not be safe for contact with human tissues. It's not inexpensive, but is well made.
