Happy Christmas present
happy with the product. Can not wait for my daughter to get it for Christmas. She lost her old SSFIV so this one will bring joy back to her.

Product worked
My biggest worry was open box. I was afraid parts were missing, but that was not true. The box came with everything. I installed it and it all works. Very happy.

Almost identical to original
Very happy with the item. It fit right in. The only noticeable difference is, the original has a pattern on it, this one you can clearly see that it does not. Still I think its a great replacement. I do think its a bit expensive for a piece of plastic with a spring in it.
