Excellent purchase of Next Base 212 in car Cam
2 of 3 found this helpful I was a bit dubious purchasing a refurbished DVR. However I have nothing but praise for this item, the box and the items inside, camera, cables, disc and paperwork were well protected and like new. In fact I found a small mark on the camera case and also on the screen, but so small it was hard to see them, and certainly did not cause me any concern.
I charged up the item as instructed for 2 hours, and noted that the internal battery indicated a full charge, during which the Blue light came on to indicate battery charging. I then took the 212 and fitted it into my car as noted in the instructions, switched on the ignition and within 5 seconds the 212 was active, which allowed me to set the camera up for ultimate viewing.
The bad bits, there do not appear to be any regarding the camera and its operation, the instruction manual runs to 33 pages and is quite a handful. there are so many adjustments which can be made to the camera operation, which is quite daunting, but fortunately it has been set up so that the defaults will allow it to run as it should, without any adjustment required.
On the whole I am very pleased with my camera, but it has turned out to be one of the best buys I have made, just what Iwanted.

Millers diesel eco Max
I’ve used it before and found that it increased my mpg, also helped to keep the internals cleaner, and gave a slight increase to Engine power. When I stopped using it, I found the dpf was regenerating more frequently. I also use it with half a tankful of the best shell diesel now and again.
