If you can buy a new unit instead.
Well when I bought this I thought this was a hell of a price I did not do my research good, I came to find out that I could have bought a new unit for about the same price and not a refurbished one the difference is that on a refurbished unit you have no warranty and there is no technical support, the issue I ran was that the connection was not secure and to get help to get the connection secured was a big hassle. There was no manual in the box or instructions on how to do this. This was my major concern other then that the item works great and I’m happy with it.

You pay for what you get.
The tarp is not that great when I was installing it it ripped a little but it held up for the party I had. If you plan to have this for the long run spend the money on a better quality. for what I needed it it did the job,
