Tons of features for a compact product. Calls are clear, but I wish the microphone was a little longer as folks say my speaking volume is not as high as it could be. This works great with Cisco Softphone and WebEx which is what I use for work. Talk time is roughly 7 1/2 hours on a full charge. It is comfortable to wear and I hardly notice I'm wearing the headset. The charging case is awesome; just plug it into your laptop and not only does it keep the headset safe and clean, but it also charges while not in use. Very clever design. Well worth the money!!! I highly recommend.
