Game saver during the Corona shutdown!
Ordered these when the government close our gym. Arrived very quickly. I get a good quality workout. Just use applied physics and some imagination. The exercises you can come up with is vast. I have a bodybuilding competition in late August and these have been a life saver! Great quality and uniformity. I bought pairs of #3, 4, and 5 bands and are more than adequate for my needs!

1 of 1 found this helpful I'm a 63 year old former competitive bodybuilder and retired pro powerlifter. I'm on TRT and have been for years. My total testosterone levels are normal on TRT but I felt that much of that was 'bond' vs. free testosterone. I'm well into my second bottle about to order a third. The results I have with 2 caps morning and 2 at bedtime are obvious. A lowering of my blood pressure by about 6 to 7 points. Better sex drive. Much better workout energy, stamina and pumps. I've cleaned up my diet, gotten leaner and fuller. Abs and separations are deeper and I've still gained from 245 to 255 lbs.! I think it frees some of the bond testosterone and allows more to be used. Very very very happy with it!
