Every time I order something and it goes to their facility it either gets lost, stolen or misplaced and never arrives on time. I wish their facility would just shut their doors and never open again. That facility is the only one I have an issue with and they ignore all emails and calls. Please help me get my items sent. Of course, Ebay sides with the buyer even after looking at the facts!
