Fair for price, but not great
Fits exactly as the OEM, but inferior quality.
First one lasted just under two years.
Will see how long this one lasts.
Needed, to pass state inspections.

Excellent for home office
2 of 2 found this helpful I work from a home office and really like the ability to listen to music while I work. The S450-XT can play music (streaming via bluetooth) from my PC and then seamlessly switch to the smartphone to take calls as needed. The music is automatically interrupted when receiving a call, and then turns right back on again, when the call ends. The noise reduction is great. My only complaint is that the ear cups do not fit me very well and I get a little soreness from pressure after a few hours of wearing them. The bluetooth range is the same as the B250-XT+ that I had previously used. Sound quality from the speakers is pretty good. The volume range is excellent, with the ability to become too loud in a typical environment, or heard very well, in a noisy environment.

Initial thoughts
Although I haven't had the voltmeter very long, I really like it so far.
I have it mounted into the fairing of a motorcycle.
It was really easy to connect and get operational.
Switched Power and Ground is all that is required.
The segments are a little dim, as I have mine mounted such that I am looking at it off-center.
Can't speak to the waterproof claim, but expect to find out soon enough.
