He won the bid and claims he didn't notice in the description that the engine needed repair and that the location is in New York. First, he says he needs to ship and he would pay if I didn't. Everything is listed in the description, no shipping by seller and engine issue. The buyer knew this from the beginning and has waisted my auction time and had NO INTENTION of buying this item. He should be prohibited from buying or selling on Ebay immediately!
