Great value refurbished product
1 of 1 found this helpful We bought this as a refurbished product with one year warranty and couldn't be happier. It's a powerful little mixer. No frills, but does everything that you'd expect.

Great, but…
1 of 1 found this helpful The iron is as advertised except that the packaging was opened and it was a factory second. It was not obvious or prominent in the description that the iron was a second and therefore carries no warranty. As it turns out, the only fault I could find was some scratches in the paintwork. Even so, I thought I was getting a brand new warranted iron.
