Trek Fan or No... Uplifting and Insightful Tale
1 of 1 found this helpful I absolutely loved it. Although at first I was only interested in the Star Trek story, Grace's tale sucked me in totally. I could hardly put it down. This woman has lived a fascinating life and she is candid, brutally honest, and inspirational as hell! Whether or not you like "Trek", if you are an addict or a user or THINK you may be -- READ THIS BOOK! If you're interested in 50's 60's 70's Hollywood stories -- READ THIS BOOK! Not so much about Star Trek, but about one woman's journey through adoption anxiety, show business, rejection, family ties, alcoholism and the ups and downs some of us face every day. She makes you cry, laugh, roll your eyes and really think about a few things along the way. A real page turner. If you already liked Grace Lee, you will LOVE her when you're done reading her story.

Inexpensive solution to wifi bandwidth/signal issues...
2 of 2 found this helpful I put this in the hallway of our ranch style home and now the signal goes everywhere with no problems. I have many wifi devices in the home, including smart TVs, and we are all enjoying the boosted signal and less bandwidth issues.
Very easy to set up. If option 1 doesn't work (which didn't for me) option 2 is also simple to set up. Good clear instructions. Be sure you read the instructions, and you will do fine setting up. Solid little bridge device.

So far I noticed a BIG reduction in hot flashes...
I am 55, and so far, I've only been taking this a couple of weeks but I'm experiencing very few hot flashes anymore. I was experiencing very intense fast and strong hot flashes frequently throughout the day and mostly in the evenings while laying down or relaxing. I was breaking sweats and everything! I'm getting hardly any now compared to what I was getting. That is the BEST thing I've noticed. Otherwise, I also think I'm sleeping better. Easier to fall asleep without sleeping medications, AND staying asleep and not waking up in the middle of the night all the time anymore. I am anxious to see if I can lose any weight while taking these too, but too soon to tell. They are expensive, but if you consider it a "co-pay" for HRT, then it's not bad at all. I have no insurance, so this is my only alternative at this point. I take 2 a day, one in the morning with breakfast, and one in the evening after dinner. If I can lose some weight, I'll give it 5 stars!!!!!
