Easily the most loved cookbook in my entire collection!

This is a GREAT book full of super easy recipes with 'clean' ingredients. Jamie's commitment to eating healthy whole foods makes these recipes mostly guilt free, and they taste amazing! Buy it for you, but it for your friends!

A MUST-HAVE for anyone who wants to eat healthy!

Love this book! Bought a second copy for a friend. This breaks down the basics (and not so basics) of all the health benefits of hundreds of foods. Includes easy to understand info and recipes. Cross reference what foods help different ailments. Great for any kitchen!
