They couldn't provide tracking, accused me of keeping the item and asking for a refund, promised a refund, and after I closed the complaint (as they requested) they refuse to issue me the refund. It was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago and now I don't have the shoes or my money! Since I closed the complaint, as they asked, I have no recourse. So dishonest!!!

Adorable and sturdy Love it!
