No more head banging
Purchased to replace worn struts after one to many walks on the head.
Struts fit well and hold the boot fully open now with no looseness or tendency to creep shut in high winds
If yours don’t work as they sue to buy these they are good value and very easy to fit

Good value spark plugs
The spark plugs are exactly right for the job and are very keenly priced in comparison to other parts.

Ryobi R18N18G AirStrike Nailer
Nails are easy to find and the product is simple to use. It has saved time and leaves only a small indent in the wood which is much better than using screws that then need the heads filling.
To date the machine has performed faultlessly with good battery life and easy to use features for adjusting the depth and strength of force used to drive the pins.
The only down side is the weight of the machine when using it overhead and the fact that it can be difficult to drive pins at the extreme corners of boards where they meet another wall at 90 degrees.
Given the choice I would purchase again as the Ryobi R18N18G AirStrike nailer has the same benefits as machines three times the price, doesn't require a cord like a mains machine or expensive refill cartridges like some of the more expensive pieces of kit.
