I love the taste.
I mix it in my vita mix with 1 cup of ice and about 1/2 cup of water. Comes out like a shake. Definitely fills me up and curbs my appetite. Lost 2 pounds in the first week of using this for 1 meal replacement.

Amazing real stories
This book is amazing! I have all the books from The Secret series. I love all the stories shared by real people and the advice that Rhonda Byrne gives. If you enjoy The Secret series then this is another great one to have.
