I tested these. Contain 1300 mAh.
Using a programmable dc load, I have determined these contain around 1300 mAh. No where near the advertised value, which every year they push up higher and higher. 4000! No wait 5000! No no really! 6000mAh. Laws of Physics? What are those?! 8000mAh! No now super special. Just for you 9900mAh. Don’t worry that that is impossible. Maybe they’ve redefined an Amp as a mA or an hour as a second. But these are bogus and the numbers are physically impossible. If it sounds too good to be true folks, it is.

Cool toy. Maybe not ready to replace your lightsv.
We put these through our whole house. It's difficult to control them when you have that many. We use Amazon echo to control them. They can do some cool this. But the hardest part is that you can't use the light switches anymore. I still recommend them, just know it might make things harder than before. Mine arrived broken as well. So make sure your seller knows to packages them very well.
