$1.25 at Dollar Tree
This is a fantastic little rotary cutter that even allows for blade replacement. The best part is that it's a screaming good deal when you buy it from the original retailer, Dollar Tree. You can get them 4 for $5 or by the case of 24, delivered to your local store if they don't have any in stock. Really, you can't go wrong.

Dollar Tree =/= Good Deal
These Dollar Tree doll outfits are some of the most poorly constructed and useless doll clothes I've come across in many years. Nothing's cut accurately so nothing's sewn accurately. Basting stitches (used to save time) barely hold these rags together and the fabric isn't nice enough to repurpose. Avoid.
Even at the non-inflated price of $1.25, these are not worth it. Almost nothing fits and the stuff that does fit has darts in the wrong places, no pleats, gross fabric. . .
As for the extortionate prices charged by flippers, it's on you when the grandkids are upset that the clothes fall apart, are impossible to fit, and those that can be pulled up on Barbie's body are so poorly fitting that Barbie looks like Quasimodo.
