Vintage better than new formula
It is vintage and I have used it for more than 50 years. The newer version don't smell the same because they have changed the formula. These are hard to find because most people who sell them don't know the difference.

Old but Better
Colgate prefers to make and sell newer models but this one works best for my teeth.

Received stale product
Stale product. The installed battery was rusted and may have damaged the connectors. The device turned on when I replaced the battery but failed the calibration test. I don't know if the product is good or bad because I never was able to use it. Returned immediately.
