Poor investment
0 of 1 found this helpful As soon as I can figure out how to send this item back I am. It's awful. Barely any heat on high setting. Poor battery life. Very bulky battery package. Median quality jacket for what is being paid. Don't waste your time or money. Spend it on a really well made, fleece lined jacket. You'll be warmer, and will still only pay half the price.
