Does the job!
All cotton butchers' twine, food quality, heavy enough to use for trussing meats in the kitchen. Easy to handle and not too thin. Did not burn in the one hour I used it for a rotisserie chicken. Very pleased.

Sews almost any button
This foot works for 2- or 4-hole buttons and those you wish to have a thread shank or not. I recommend that if you are sewing a 4-hole button with a thread shank that you sew the holes closest to you first, then move back to the other two. That way the thread will not be in the way of the second sewing. I am glad I bought this foot!
