Bright and energy efficient
Bright due to daylight 5000k.

Effective but need to apply several times.
Need to apply on the goggle to be effective. Ultimately I applied it and let it dry for an hour before light rinsing. Do this 2-3 times. If you follow the instruction on the bottle, it is not very effective.
