Not Firm Enough!
The new RL pillows are not as nice or firm as their old pillows. If you are looking for FIRM, this is not the one for you! I have found pillow shopping in general to be difficult when ordering online. Going forward, I will only buy pillows in person, in-store. Lesson learned. You should see them, smell them and squeeze them in person prior to purchasing.
