Vinyl quality nod bad though)
There are no metal rings, so it will break soon. I had one of these. Mildew Repellent not gonna work either.

May require customisation
I bought it for HVAC work, big ties. the clamp which supposed to catch tie doesn't work good, it is not sharp enough and (or) the spring not strong enough. So, I had to fix it before use.
