A simple blessing!
I have struggled with sleep problems for years. I stumbled on Glycine and thought I'd give it a try. It absolutely helps a lot. The label says you can take 1 to 3 tablets. I take 2 and it gets me 3 extra hours of sleep. I was getting only 3 or so a night. Now I get at least 6 and sometimes more. It is such a blessing to have the support this provides. True Beige alternative (Cool Beige) doesn't quite do it, but it is the only alternative for me.
This was my only alternative after True Beige was discontinued. Heavy coverage is important and so is the color of your skin. Why is everything either too yellow or too bronze? True Beige was the ONLY color that had a little pink and was perfect for my complexion. I used it for years! Cool Beige is too pale. And everything else is just not in the right palette. I saw people selling True Beige for $199!!! That is no where near my budget. I need a heavy coverage makeup at an affordable price. Everyone needs a color that works for them. Please bring True Beige back!
