Good stuff
2 of 2 found this helpful Very effective for better digestion. I use the product because I have food allergies and also a slow digestive system. I take one when I eat something I think may bother me and it seems to help. It also helps aid in digestion of meals.

Quality
Good quality company and the product really works. I take just one or two per day vs the 3 suggested serving size and this works for me. Good value for what you get.
