Great watch band

Well-made watch, as expected from Seiko but it does need some improvements to be a truly useable GMT watch. The inner bezel shows the even numbered 24 hr. markings but there is no indicator between those markers to indicate the odd hours (every other GMT watch I have has a dot or bar in between, for instance the 18 and 20 hour marks to indicate the 19 hour, Seiko seems to think you can 'guestimate' it). The other issue I have with this watch is that the moveable outer bezel has no ratchet. It is supposed to stay in whatever position you put it in by friction only, but it does not. As that bezel is supposed to be used to indicate another time zone, not staying put makes it rather useless.
