Affordable quartz chronograph
3 of 3 found this helpful You get what you pay for with this watch. It’s not a $200 Swiss quartz Chronograph but the fit and finish are respectable at the price. The bracelet is good enough but the end link is not solid. There are enough micro adjustments to get a good fit.
Ignoring the slander of Invicta as a brand, the dial is very good looking in person. One of the best $50-$60 quartz chronos on the market

Excellent watch, uncomfrtable strap
1 of 1 found this helpful The Seiko SKX007 is one of the most lauded watches under $500 on the market. Its a stable in many collections even alongside Rolex and other high end Swiss watches. Its a great Japanese watch with an in-house movement. The case is unique and the watch is a true diver. Sure its not a 'professional' driver due to the limited depth rating.
The dive strap the watch that the K1 comes on it uncomfortable but I'm going to try breaking it in more and see if it ever becomes comfortable. I have smaller wrists and the strap is a bit too long. This wouldn't be a problem but the ripples? ridges? in on the strap near the lug connection block the keeper from going far enough down.
All reports are that the bracelet is even worse so I expected to replace the strap. I threw on a $4 rubber strap from Amazon and its perfect. Watch is great with a Nato as well.
For the price this is an amazing watch. I haven't had enough wrist time with the watch yet but that is only because I made too many Christmas watch purchases.
