The only razor you’ll ever need. Merkur 39C
3 of 4 found this helpful This is a back up purchase. I already have one but, I may drop it, it could get stolen, the house may burn down and a replacement could leap in price due to Brexit.
So it’s that good, I want a spare.
This is not a beginners razor, it took me 2 years of use to shave my head without a cut before I got comfortable with it and it’s slanty need for blood from the careless.
It’s a bit of a hippy vampire. Kinda sitting there doing it’s thing in a harmonious way until you slip up and then have to call 911.
Once you master it, the 39C is without doubt the best priced closest shaving DE available.
I feed it with feathers and keep a roll of the bog available until paramedics arrive.
Aka great weight and length, good barber pole handle suitable for shower shaving, a 2 piece slant razor that excels at curved surfaces, shaves so close, you’ll look at your current razor and feel cheated about the time you’ve spent together.
Mass produced in Germany by Merkur a trusted brand for DE razors.
DO NOT USE IT FOR IMPORTANT EVENT SHAVES out of the box.

Epic bit kit

The holes are perfect for a quick throw of sprinkles.
I'd buy a spare but this is probably going to see me out.
