  Deceived? That seems a bit aggressive. Initially, I agreed to a heavily discounted rate under the premise that the product would be sent to Ukraine as humanitarian aid. Before shipping, I thoroughly checked both cameras to ensure they were functioning properly, which they were. However, upon receiving the product, you informed me that the face ID feature was not working. We attempted troubleshooting, and ultimately, I offered you a partial refund, which you agreed to.
