Glutenn is not a dirty word....
Great product to supplement guten in flours that have low gluten content like rye, and you need only a very small amount of this compared to using gluten flour which has only twice the gluten content of ordinary flour. I haven't user this to make setan or anything else is used for.

Good specialist screwdriver set
Enabled me to clean the head of my cd player as the lid had these specialist screws that i couldn't remove otherwise.

Expensive but really well made and designed product
I actually wanted this to accurately measure water and egg for my pasta maker and it's great for that. Clear glass makes the measurements easy to read. The stopper makes it easy to mix the water and egg. I'm sure it's good for salad dressing too
