Smooth as silk
This vintage B&S Swiss made caliper is as smooth as my brand new Mitutoyo Absolute Digimatic caliper. If you don't have one, get one while you can.

iRiver hit the nail on the head
3 of 3 found this helpful I have had an iriver 390 for several years but it only held 256MB I used it to work out and for running. I loved it. In fact, I refuse even now to get rid of it and keep it as a back-up. I read about the T10 and had to have it. It had all the features I liked about my 390 and more!
Pros: The color screen is great and very easy to view. The menus are much easier than they used to be and there is even more functions than before. I don't care for Windows Media Player so I don't use the software to upload music. I just build my music in folders that make sense to me and drag and drop them onto the player. Works great! They upgraded the T10 with a USB 2.0 connection so it's not nearly as slow as the 390 was. I also like the fact that the battery type is changeable so you may choose rechargeables. The player also seems to be very efficient. As I said, I use rechargeables so I switch them every month weather they need it or not, it' just an old habit. (I do use it for at least 4-5 hours a week) Although I purchased my armband separately, It is very comfortable. It is very easy to put on with on hand and seems to be durable. Not sure how long the Velcro will last but they are really cheap so I am not concerned. I cant for the life of me figure out why they bent the design of the T10 but do like the placement of the earphone jack. The old one had two plug-ins, side by side and I could never remember which one was the headphone.
Cons: From what I can tell, the way you get the best battery life is by letting the screen shut off after a set time that you choose. When this happens, and you find yourself wanting to adjust the volume or track, you must remember this when you reach up and click the button. The first button click will awaken the display and the second one will make the desired adjustment. Believe me, I had to look hard at this player to even find a con and this one is minor because once you get used to it, it will be a non-issue but this can be an annoyance. The headphones also leave much to be desired but you knew that from every other review.
Bottom-line: This player is well designed and has great sound quality and functions.
