Don’t buy the thicker paraffin grafting tape
A lot of paraffin grafting tape lately has been too thick and therefore doesn’t stretch as well. This makes an incomplete seal which could kill the graft. Grafting sensitive fruit varieties you need to be able to keep air and moisture out of the cut area for a successful take. Yours was perfect. I was dreading buying more, but then noticed that the thicker tape was from Asia. The ticker tape doesn’t stretch very well at all.
