  I purchased a set of wheels using the “Buy It Now” option and paid in full. When I asked if I could collect the item within the next two days, the seller informed me that someone else was coming to pick it up that same day. This was not mentioned in the listing. Since I had already paid for the item. After cancelling my order and refunded me, the seller then updated the listing. I really needed those wheels for my car. Reason for cancellation was -item damaged out of stock.

  I kept completely in touch regarding what had happened, a deposit had been paid subject to an inspection, silly me! I did not adjust my listing quickly, in the meantime you paid, I refunded you asap explaining the problem and apologising, don’t think for a moment I sold off of EBay, there are no fees now so that would be pointless, regarding the cancellation, there are limited reasons to click and “deposit paid” isn’t on the list hence using damaged/out of stock, OOS was the truth.
