Does not heat well and heavy.
I really like the concept of this grill. I like that it is self contained and it has a decent amount of cooking area for how compact it is.
When I opened the grill it was obvious the heat adjustment knob is not going to last long. It protrudes from the front of the grill about 3/4" and is just plastic. If you move this around at all it is only a matter of time before it breaks off. I wish it was buttons like my Green Mountain.
After checking the grill with an oven thermometer I realized it is not heating to the "Actual Temp" displayed on the screen. I tried 4 different times at several different temperatures and the warmest reading I got was 260 even though the actual temp said it was at 500.
The grill is very heavy for it's size. After looking it over I'm not sure where the weight comes from but it seems like it should be about 1/3 lighter.
