It's a dust pan and brush for standing
Not metal that I wanted but really sturdy strong plastic the handle is metal the brush could be stiffer all in all a well made product and super easy to use

Not thermal avoid
Its not the best type of neck scarf very poor quality I have to use an extra scarf with it to stay warm the material is really thin
