Excellent performance boost for 4-core Mac Pro

I replaced the 2.8GHz 4-core processor in my 2010 Mac Pro with the 3.46GHz 6-core W3690. Easy to install with the right tools and the help of a YouTube video. Performance boost vs. the original CPU is impressive.

Good performance upgrade for Quad-core Mac Pro

The 2.93GHz 6-core CPU provided a significant performance upgrade for my aging 2010 Mac Pro. The new CPU replaced a 2.8GHz 4-core processor and was relatively easy to install with the help of a YouTube movie.
