Daughter loves this book!
The Spiderwick Chronicles is the first set of books my 10 year old daughter picked up and read on her own without being encouraged. She loves them. The books have provoked a lot conversation between us, and I can tell her imagination is soaring. My daughter thinks this particular book, Arthur Spiderwick's Field Guide, is a must have to go along with the series. She said it helps to know the characters you are reading about. The illustrations in the book are fabulous. I'm very happy to see my daughter thoroughly enjoying the fantastical world of Arthur Spiderwick.
