Rear sight

Turned out to be perfect for my 3gun rear sight. Unobtrusive yet great for when shooting slugs. Tiny screws are maddening at times, don’t drop one on shag carpet. ;-)

Rhino Mag well.

After trying a 3d printed magwell on my AR9 and finding it helpful in fast reloads for competition, I decided to try a AR15 magwell. For $18 +/- it is worth a try. I slapped this on a few lowers for fit and it fit pretty well but may require some fitting on unique lowers. My mag changes were definitely faster. The leading edge felt a little sharp when slamming mags in so I took it to the belt sander and took about a 1/4" off the bottom. That did two things, softened the edge and reduced how much contact my hand made with the magwell. I may trim some more. I don't need the grip option but the mag well is very effective. I will buy another for my other competition gun. The little nuts did fall out of their compartments so a little hunting on the hands and knees were necessary. Not the first time for me as I am always flinging things across the room.
