Good value,but this is more of a walk or bicycle bag.
I was under the impression this was a good bag for running. It's not, as there aren't any chest or waist straps to keep the bag from jumping all around.

Runners take
I use these Gu Energy Gel when I go on runs over 5 miles or if I need a little boost of energy. These are so good, very much worth the price and you get quality and quantity for an awesome price. I highly recommend it.

Holder that wasn't.
Don't waste your time buying this holder. Very flimsy and falls off constantly, waste of money..
